Job Summary:
The Administrivia Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

General Office Management:

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Administrative Support:

Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
Data Management:

Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Assist with data entry and database management.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
Support to Staff:

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Manage event logistics, including catering and venue arrangements.
