Crystal Langen
Crystal Langen is a sales strategist, community leader, storyteller, and entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience helping organizations strengthen communication, cultivate connection, and create lasting impact.
After earning her degree in Instructional Technology, Crystal built a successful career in executive recruiting and business development, helping Fortune 500 companies identify top talent and build high-performing teams. Her clients included organizations such as McKesson, Bank of America, UCSF, and San Francisco Ballet before she founded an international coaching and consulting practice serving entrepreneurs and community leaders around the world.
A fourth-generation Central Coaster, North County Leadership graduate, and passionate advocate for youth development, Crystal believes the arts play a vital role in building confidence, creativity, resilience, and connection. She is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Paso Robles Youth Arts and to support the organization's mission of making arts education accessible to all children.
Crystal lives in Paso Robles with her husband, three children, and three cats, where she enjoys tending her family's one-acre property and planting trees for future generations. Whether working with clients, volunteering in the community, or gathering people around a shared table, she is passionate about strengthening connections between people, place, and purpose.
