Lily W. Chang - Board Member
Lily and her husband retired to Paso Robles in 2021 after 35-year careers in the Los Angeles area. She held leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company and Procter & Gamble, and spent more than 20 years at private equity firm Leonard Green & Partners, where she founded and led the Portfolio Services team, partnering with management teams across a large portfolio of companies, including Petco, Whole Foods Market, J.Crew, and Shake Shack. She has served on public and private company boards and is a qualified financial expert. Locally, she serves on the Advisory Board of Etto Pastificio.
In addition to PRYA, Lily currently serves as Board President of North County Dance Foundation. She and her husband were longtime members of the Wine Advisory Board for the Manhattan Beach Wine Auction, a major annual fundraiser supporting public schools. Lily was an active parent booster for the performing arts at her children’s public schools.
A lifelong participant in the arts, Lily studied classical piano, flute, drawing, and painting, and trained in ballet at a performing arts magnet high school in Baton Rouge. She was a company member of Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre, and performed in the 1988 production of Sacramento Ballet’s Nutcracker.
Lily continues to study ballet, enjoys supporting local artists, and is a longtime season ticket holder to the Los Angeles Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl. She is passionate about expanding access to the arts and advancing opportunities for youth in the community.
